The purpose of PFAgency Kft. is to ensure the protection of the personal data of both website visitors and users registered on the website. During data processing, we act in accordance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, as well as Act L of 2013 on the Electronic Information Security of State and Local Government Bodies. We have also taken into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, adopted by the European Union and effective from 25 May 2018, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

During registration, the owner does not collect or obtain any data other than the data necessary for registration. The registering person gives their consent to the processing of their data at the time of registration by means of a clear and affirmative action. The owner uses the data provided during registration exclusively for the purpose indicated there. Data obtained during the registration process may not be transferred to any third party in any form. The owner deletes the recorded data from its records if the conditions for data storage no longer exist. The owner does not create a database from the data provided during registration and does not use such data for statistical purposes either.
