Our program focuses on conscious integration. Our goal is for our players to receive the professional and mental support they need from a young age, which is essential for a smooth transition into adult football. Throughout our work, we guide our talents step by step: from the domestic top level all the way to international elite football.
Awareness, development, effectiveness. We create a personalized development strategy for each young athlete. This pathway takes into account age-specific characteristics, individual strengths, and current market opportunities.
